What begins as SON OF COMPOSITE thankfully becomes more diversified as the tape goes on.

BIG PENNY was something of a mini-hit when it appeared on an outtakes collection, so I went ahead and released it here.

The side two suite was conceived mostly at John Gibson's home studio in Ashland, Oregon, with his girlfriend's daughter providing the delightful narration.

JUST BECAUSE YOU USED TO BE FAMOUS benefits from wild percussion, tape "scratching," and a Beefheartian vocal.

This tape also features the design work of Venice artist Michelle Smith, who made my original drawings look classy. Michelle would also improve the cover of PLAYLAND.
